Going under the radar is Cincinnati (Ohio) Taft lineman Robert Medalion. The 6-foot-5, 281-pound prospect may not be a name many know at this time.

However, with his recent showing at the Cincinnati Public Schools combine held at Withrow High School, Medalion is a name to watching going forward.

“It was a fun day and I feel we got a lot of experience getting in front of college coaches and showing our talent,” said Medalion.

Over the past few weeks Medalion has started to go from hidden gem to a prospect some are talking about after a solid performance at the recent Rivals 3 Stripe Camp.

“I feel the exposure from the Rivals camp was great,” he said. “I’m planning to go and get as much exposure this summer in front of college coaches so I can get noticed.”

As for a dream school, Medalion was quick with one school.

“My dream school is Michigan State,” he stressed.

Why is Medalion so high on the Spartans?

“I have a lot of respect for Coach (Mark) Dantonio,” he said.

Currently, Medalion is thinking of studying sports management or engineering in college.

First Star Football Report will continue to follow the progress of Medalion in the coming months as he looks to trade football for a college education.
