We've known about Clifford since coming out of junior high school where he played quarterback like his older brother, Sean Clifford (Penn State). In high school Clifford switched to wide receiver and opened eyes early showing great speed, quickness and hands. Plays hard and his best football is ahead of him. Early offers including Penn State ended his recruitment early in the process.
