FIRST STAR LOGISTICS PLAYOFFS WEEK TWO PLAYER OF THE WEEK JAYLEN THOMAS

Voting has closed for the First Star Logistics Player of the Week for the second week of the OHSAA playoffs.

All nine players up for consideration received votes. However, Colerain two-way standout Jaylen Thomas received the majority of votes with 2,329 (93.01%) to earn the honor of being named the First Star Logistics Player of the Week for the second week of the OHSAA playoffs for his impressive performance in a 28-7 win against Fairfield were the senior rushed for 171 yards on 13 carries and one touchdown while also posting five tackles and forcing a fumble on defense.

The senior running back/outside linebacker is out for the rest of the season after being involved in a car crash over the weekend that required Thomas to have surgery on Monday.
