FUTURE OHIO STATE BUCKEYE?

After another big night on the field, Cincinnati Winton Woods senior running back Miyan Williams is enjoying an even bigger Saturday with a new scholarship offer in hand.

Williams, who rushed for another 165 yards in the Warriors 34-0 win over Moeller on Friday night, posted on his Twitter account he’d received an offer from Ohio State.

The First Star Football Report five-star running back is a four-year starter for the Warriors and earned Division II Offensive Player of the Year honors in the Southwest District and state of Ohio last season with 2,824 yards rushing and 38 touchdowns.

For his career, Williams has rushed for 5,387 yards and should become Ohio’s all-time career rushing leader in the next few weeks.

An Iowa State pledge since early July, Williams is a power back with speed, quickness and the willingness to run between the tackles. He shows great vision and a bounce in his step while also loving to play the game.
