When your head coach gives you the nickname of Wreck-It Ralph you may not be sure if it’s good or bad.
For Cincinnati St. Xavier junior linebacker Matthew Devine, it’s been a little of both as he stepped forward as one of the Bombers defensive leaders.
This season Devine has led the Bombers in tackles with 89 and counting. He’s also earned the respect of senior teammates in the process and learned to control his game to become one of the top defensive performers in Ohio.
Already receiving recruiting attention from several Mid American Conference programs, Devine talked with FirstStarFootballReport.com following the Bombers come from behind first round playoff win over Mason.
