Tavon Hardwick Ready to Open Eyes

After getting a taste of what he could do at the varsity level his freshman year. Dayton (Ohio) Belmont 2021 prospect Tavon Hardwick found himself sidelined with an injury his sophomore year.

For Belmont head coach Earl White, the loss of Hardwick was a major piece missing from his team.

White, who has coached several Division One players over the years feels Hardwick has a chance to be one of the best he’s ever coached.

Hardwick is ready to place his name on the recruiting radar and open eyes by attending several camps this summer.

“I’m looking to camp at several schools,” said Hardwick. “I’ve talked with Cincinnati and Miami Ohio in the past and will look to camp at both. I’m also looking at Ohio State and Kentucky.”

The 5-foot-10, 180-pound Hardwick also plays basketball and runs track for the Bison and is a solid student with a 3.8 GPA to go with his athletic abilities.

As for a dream school, Hardwick would love to open the eyes of Florida State.

So far Hardwick has taken snaps at quarterback, running back, wide receiver, cornerback and safety. First Star Football Report has listed Hardwick as a running back at this time but could look to change his position in the coming months.

Here is a look at Hardwick in action in the Fall of 2017.
